Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests are requested to present a valid government ID at the time of check-in.

Reservation & Cancellation

  • A valid booking confirmation is required to secure your reservation.
  • Cancellations made 7 days before arrival are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or in case of a no-show will incur one night’s retention charge.
  • For group or event bookings, customised policies may apply.

Payments

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI transfers.
  • A pre-authorisation or advance payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Room tariffs are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

Guest Conduct

  • As a spiritual and luxury retreat, we request guests to maintain the peaceful sanctity of the property.
  • Non-vegetarian food, smoking, and alcohol consumption are restricted in certain zones of the resort.
  • Loud music, public disturbances, or activities that disrupt the serenity of fellow guests are not permitted.

Children & Extra Guest Policy

  • Children below 6 years stay complimentary when sharing the bed with parents.
  • Extra beds or mattresses are available on request at applicable charges.
  • For the comfort of all guests, select zones of the resort may be designated as adults-only zones.

Safety & Security

  • The resort is under 24/7 surveillance for guest safety.
  • Please ensure your valuables are stored in the in-room safe; the resort will not be liable for personal belongings left unattended.
  • Visitors are permitted only until 8:00 PM in designated areas.

Environmental Responsibility

  • At Avanya Resorts N Retreat, we hold the earth sacred. Hence, single-use plastics are minimised.
  • Water and energy conservation are integral to our operations.
  • Guests are encouraged to join us in our sustainability initiatives.

Pet Policy

  • We love animals, but to ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are currently not allowed within the resort premises.
